Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Certain items, such as customized or explicitly marked non-returnable products, are not eligible for returns. To initiate a return, you must contact our support team to request approval and follow the provided instructions. Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. For exchanges, you will need to return the original item and place a new order separately.
