Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as non-returnable in the product description
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team for authorization. Once approved, follow the instructions provided and include a copy of your original receipt when returning the item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order separately for the desired product.
