Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Certain items, such as customized or explicitly marked non-returnable products, are not eligible for returns. Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
